How much is delivery?

Delivery options & charges are displayed at the checkout.

Do you accept returns?

If the items are faulty when the consumer receives them, the consumer must notify Madam Melts by email (madammelts@gmail.com) upon receipt of faulty goods.

We CAN NOT accept refund or returns when:

  • You do not like the scent or smell

  • The item has been used

  • The item has been opened

  • The item has been partially used

Delivery

Incorrect address
We know it happens, but if you see that you have put in the wrong address or missed something out, give us an email straight away at madamelts@gmail.com ( no need to send more than one as it will push you to the back of the queue) please make sure to send the correct address with this email. Sadly orders leave so quickly we might not be able to do this nor have you noticed it is misspelt.  We cannot offer a refund or replacements for an incorrect address, this includes forgetting house numbers and streets, Misspelling one or all of the postcodes.

We send orders via either Royal Mail, DPD, EVRI or UPS.

How do I use my melts?

HOW TO SAFELY USE OUR WAX MELTS

Always use a burner designed for wax melts.
Check your burner regularly for hairline cracks or chips before use. Never use burners with cracks or chips as this can be a fire hazard.
Use 1 regular sized unscented tealight in your burner and do not add water.
Always keep out of reach of children and pets at all times. Electric burners are recommended to reduce risk.
Always keep in sight when burning. Never leave a lit tealight unattended.
Keep away from draughts.
Always pay attention to the safety information on the packaging.
Always keep your burner on a stable and heatproof surface away from fire hazards.
Remove all packaging before placing wax in your burner.
Use a suitable amount of wax for the size of your wax burner. Do not overfill.
Do not attempt to move your wax burner while burning.
In accordance with the European Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 on Classification, Labelling and Packaging (CLP) (2009), information on the chemical composition and associated hazards of each fragrance is displayed on our products.
Madam Melts products are used at your own risk. Please ensure you follow all the safety advice above when using our products. Village Wax Melts does not accept responsibility for any damage caused as a result of the misuse of its products.

Open Box Orders

This enables you to buy little & often but just pay one lot of postage. It means you can save on postage and you don't miss out on popular or limited edition items

How it works.......

To open a box just place your order and click the open box postage option at checkout (or via message if using this facility in our fb group) please add a note Open Box at the start then number them each time. We will put your orders to one side then you can pay the postage once you are ready to have your items delivered (Please contact me if you need assistance with postage) All items are held until the box is closed.

A great way to spend small amounts towards seasonal events (Christmas) etc.

If your open box goes over 2kg or the order value of £50 then additional postage will be required. (Free Shipping not included in open boxes) We will contact you if this happens.

When you are ready to have your items posted make your final order then choose the postage option you require. Your box will then be closed and we will dispatch your order.

Terms & Conditions

Payment is required each time you add something to your box.

Your box will stay open for a maximum of 120 days from the date you open it.

We will send you a reminder to make payment for postage once the 120 days are up.

Any box not paid for after 3 reminders have been sent will be cancelled. The items will be returned to our stock and no refund will be given.

If you open a box then you agree to these terms and conditions.
